We offer Jaisalmer tour packages, desert safari activities (camel safari, jeep safari, desert camp stays, and related activities), and taxi service for local and outstation travel. This Site does not process online payments — enquiries are made through our contact form, WhatsApp, or phone, and bookings are confirmed directly with our team.

Bookings & Confirmation

When you enquire about a package, activity, or taxi service, we will confirm availability and pricing with you directly before any booking is finalised. Prices and itineraries shown on this Site are indicative and may vary based on season, group size, hotel or camp category, and customisation — the final price and inclusions will always be confirmed with you before you commit to a booking.

Payments

Payment terms (including any advance amount) are agreed directly with you at the time of booking and will be explained clearly before you are asked to pay anything.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms can vary depending on the package, service, and season — particularly where a hotel or desert camp partner has its own advance-notice requirements. We will explain the specific terms that apply to your booking before you confirm it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp and we will let you know your options.

Traveller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details, travel dates, and group information when booking
• Carry valid government-issued identification where required, especially for hotel check-in
• Arrive on time for pickups, safaris, and scheduled activities
• Follow the safety instructions given by our drivers, guides, and camp staff during any activity
• Inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary needs, or mobility requirements

Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Desert activities such as camel safari, jeep safari, and desert camping involve inherent physical risks associated with outdoor and off-road activity in a desert environment. We take reasonable care in selecting experienced drivers and guides, but you participate in these activities at your own discretion and are responsible for assessing your own fitness to do so. We recommend travel insurance for all trips, and strongly advise informing us of any health conditions before booking an activity.

Third-Party Service Providers

Some services included in a package — such as hotels, desert camps, or specific activity operators — may be provided by independent local partners rather than directly by us. We coordinate your booking with these partners on your behalf, but each partner is responsible for the standard and delivery of the specific service they provide.

Limitation of Liability

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your trip as planned. However, we are not liable for delays, changes, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, or the actions of independent third-party service providers. Where such circumstances affect your trip, we will work with you to find a reasonable alternative wherever possible.

Intellectual Property

The content on this Site — including text, photos, and branding — belongs to Vande Tour and Desert Safari unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without our permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
